Prayer Spotlight for September: JNS

Jubilee Neighborhood School wraps around the public school by providing elementary school children opportunities for structured activities, academic skill building, positive relationships, and Christian education. During the school year, these opportunities take place weekdays from 3:00 to 6:30 on the days when the public school is in session. The 75 JNS students learn and grow in an educational setting where classroom teachers and over 85 volunteer tutors invest in each child to make sure students have the opportunity to become all that God intends them to be.

September is a busy time for the JNS program as the students are heading back to public school, new tutor/student relationships are forming, and parents are finding ways to engage with the program.
