Hearts of Grace is a community of women of faith committed to helping women and their families in DuPage County who are living in circumstances where they are vulnerable. This mission is accomplished through our partnership with Outreach Community Ministries (OCM) and our support for OCM’s holistic ministries with children, teens, and their parents.
